I'm looking for names, numbers and/or links for greenhouses that have drought-tolerant plants native to the high desert of northern New Mexico. I want to plant bulbs and things now that will start early in the spring.

The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center has an EXCELLENT online database of plants for every state in the U.S., as well as all the Canadian provinces. If you need information on a specific plant, you can also call them (they're in Austin, Texas). They're very nice folks :-)

call your local county extension office. they have a list of master gardeners in each county. they also have all the pamphlets for xeriscaping here in NM.
