if you're asking about the bulb you'll be able to see the connector for the bulb when you open the hood and look down behind the lens. You need to remove the connector by pressing down on the lock tab to the rear of the connector then wiggling the connector off. You may need to push the connector off using a flat blade screwdriver if its stuck on the bulb; just work side to side pushing down as you hold the connector tab in.

when the connector is removed just hold onto the back of the bulb where the connector was and turn the bulb counter-clockwise about 1/4 turn. it will release from the lock tabs and you can pull it straight out at that point. note the location of the connector when you pull the bulb out so that you can insert the new bulb in the same orientation, then turn the new bulb clockwise to engage the tabs.

some hondas used a lock ring instead of the lock tabs. on those models there is a circular ring around the outside of the bulb that must be rotated to release the tabs of the bulb from the lock ring. I think you car has the lock tab version.

If you're asking about removing the lamp lens then the front bumper cover has to come off before you can remove the lower 3 screws that hold the housing in place. You don't need to remove the housing to change the bulbs

hope that helps

u need to remove the bumper: u will need 8mm, 10mm sockets, flat screwdriver, ratchet.
use the 8mm to remove the 2 bolts on each inner fender well where it bolts to the body, then remove 2 10mm bolts underneath that are on black undertray, remove all plastic panel fastners, about 12 holding the bumper, 8 on bottom and i think 4 on top , then the bumper should detach from vehicle,it may be a lil tight around the grill and headlights and 3 10mm bolts hold headlight in. 1 on top, 2 underneath the headlights; bolted to the metal bar that runs underneath the headlight housing, pretty easy to do takes about 20-30 minutes, make sure to put the styrfoam back in, U may want to buy some extra plastic clips from the dealer (20c a piece) b/c the tabs sometimes break.

to remove this peice, detatch your from bumper, there should be about six screws. two on the top , four on the bottom. there will be screws holding the light in place underneath that . Detach the bulbs first. Don't touch the screw at the top of the headlights, this will mess with the aim of the beam.
