I like it cold atleast at 70, duriong the winter this is no problem i just open windows i like it real cold so i have a energy problem please help

If you want to spend the money, there are special thermostats that will use less cooling while you are at work but make your house cooler just before you come home. If you are interested, call an A/C company to install one for you.
I have been told it is best to keep the house at the same temps day and night.
Either way, your bill is going to be higher in the summer months if you want to be cool. There is no getting away from it.

Seal off any air leaks from the outside
Use double pane windows
Use Fans, You can have the air conditioner temp set a little higher and have a nice breeze to go with it.
Drink cool drinks as in Ice water. Alcohol will make you feel warmer.
As a side note, if you are not yet married, make sure when choosing a spouse they are also happier when it is cold.

Installing ceiling fans will reduce air contiioning costs.
Planting trees and shrubs on certain sides of the house will help reduce air conditioning costs by blocking out sunshine at certain times of day.

No way to save money at 70 degree setting. You could look for proper insulation and check for air leaks.

Ceiling or standing fans.They really keep it cooler.The A/C works less so you save money...
