Nope. I highly doubt they are. I love them though! I wish they were! XD
But nope, they're only imaginary. Some people still do believe in them though.

There is a bat called a vampire bat because it sucks the blood from Donkeys/ horses/ cattle. No human types that walk the earth forever in darkness. Only people with odd fetish' that does it for them x x

Well, in a way yes, there is a decease where your body craves blood and you cant go out in daylight due to the sun harming the skin. I think thats what all the Vampire thing is based upon, its a real decease but obviously they have "Vamped" it up for the movies!

There is real people who drink blood etc, but I don't think their born with fangs I think they get them filed by the dentist! lol

no they are not but some people like drinking blood ..I've seen this on discovery civilization ...they have night clubs only for them where they drink blood and you know act like vampires....
