Jamarcus Russel not signing until the season started. 1st time a #1 overall pick took that long. That's gotta be surprising to everyone.

The biggest suprise is probubly, even though he was number 2, Calvin Johnson, this is because he went 4 catches for 70 yards and a touchdown at oakland and 4 catches for 61 and a touchdown versus minnisota. Everyone thought hes was gonna be good for a rookie but these are really solid stats that a veteran would be happy with. If hes stays on this pace he might end up with 70 catches for 1250 yards and 12 touchdowns. And that is a really good season.

Brady may be the 1st to return to innovations. A sixth around draft %.. yet there are others, the Denver Broncos had Terrel Davis who improve into rather stable and that i think a 5th or sixth. Curtis Martin improve into drafted in the 0.33. Troy Brown improve into drafted in the sixth.

Dwayne Bowe he was the best wide reciever at the camp and in the draft. This guy has so much potiental it is unreal and is recently in the starting lineup. The touchdown pass he caught against the Bears shows you everything you need to know.
