It is not clear whether your integrand is 1/(x^(10/9))dx or 1/((x^10)/9)dx. If the first one, then integ = -9x^(-1/9) from 7 to inf = -9(0 - 7^(-1/9)).

If the second, then integ = -x^(-9) from 7 to inf = -(0 - 7^(-9)).
