Every time I have to pursue a suspect on foot they easily get away.
One way is that they climb fences. I can't climb. (other ways are that the swim, run, and sometimes walk).
Shouldn't it be illegal for a criminal who is trying to escape capture to climb a fence?

I don't know what the crime is but it sounds like they're trying to "avoid the law"/escaping/etc. so ya it's illegal.
