Because my teacher thinks that writing is more boring than spelling. I think she shouldn't be an English teacher if you ask me.

haha, yeah any English teacher who says writing is 'boring' probably should not be an English teacher. agree with you there! both are important. i guess either one is ok with me, altho maybe writing would be better as i have discovered i don't know how to spell the words that i thought i did!

More boring? Definitely not. But you need to learn to spell, well maybe not you, but most people need to learn to spell
