I wonna use two monitor and 2 Pc Towers but only 1 mouse and 1 Keyboard.

Get a KVM switch, but do not connect monitors through it.

You will have to buy a wireless keyboard and mouse that comes with an usb adapter. You can buy another usb adapter and hook it up to the second computer which will allow you to use 1 keyboard and 1 mouse on two sets of computers.

there are boxes called kvm switches, that allow you to hook up one keyboard/mouse/monitor to multiple boxes. i havent personally used one in about 5 to 6 years, but when i did they worked fine. recently i've been thinking about doing it again but just havent gotten around to it. here is a link to the first kvm switch tigerdirect had listed

kvm switch will let you switch the keyboard & mouse back and forth, just don't plug the monitors into it.

Buy a portable mouse and keyboard the buy a splitter that splits the mouse and keyboard to both computers.
