I need to know what to buy to make my Palm trees grow, I live in California so let me know guys they are small palms.

Patience grasshopper. IF the soil is not too dense, and IF you aren't over or under watering.......that is IF the growing conditions are correct, palms start slow and speed up.
Since they are monocots like grass, they will respond to nitrogen fertilizer.......spread out away from the trunk (if you even have a trunk yet). No nitrogen against the trunk/stem/fronds. Don't go overboard with ferilizer!
