I want to go either 32's or if they have 34, I would lke to get the bf all terrains.
How much would each one cost.
and is it normal if possiable to get a cheap rim, with cheap bald.. tire same size for a spear? Since if I get new rims and tires, my old spear will be useless.

Spare, not spear, I hope
Cheap rim, but get a good basic tire for spare- if bald you never know if it will leak flat. Also be aware that if spare is much different size and is put on drive axle, if you go any distance at any speed, it can damage drive train.
Tires cost from $30 to $300 so you have to be more specific.

The only way to find out is shop around in your area, check the sears ads, call around, search online for stores near you.

You live there and I live here, areas and regions have different prices for almost all merchandise whether it be 5 cents to 15 dollars difference, your areas prices might not be anywhere near mine.

most tire stores actually will tell you the prices of their tires, so what you do is you get a phonebook and you look under tires in the yellow pages and then you call a bunch and ask them the types of tires they have and then you ask what the prices of the tires are...try it it usually works pretty well
