We hang out with this guy, he follows me home to make sure or talks to me on the phone till i get home safe. He's clearly very interested because of all the things we talk about. He's younger than me and I had a big issue with that before we stared hanging out but now am getting comfortable with it. He texts me sometimes but usually chatty more than flirty. We've kissed twice and he usually breaks it off; really looks at me and tells me to get home safe. Is he even interested? We've seen each other for about 2 wks now.

If he can do better making him a good catch, he just wants to get into your pants. If for him, you are a good catch and you can do better, then he really likes you.

He obviously is interested in you, but maybe he doesn't know if you want to go further.
Maybe you should tell him you like him and see what he says! And ask him if those kisses meant anything to him!
By the way he is acting towards you he obviously likes you and is going slowly because he is being a gentleman and is genuinely interested in you!

Never ask a man if he likes you. A man who is concerned about your safety cares about you. He's trying to get to know you better. If you like him, be patient and he'll tell you how he feels. Don't rush it. If he's only a couple of years younger, that is not a problem. He sounds very mature for his age. Better hold on to this one.

If he didn't like you in some way, he wouldn't have kissed you.......among the thousands of other signs you've mentioned. It's obvious that he has a thing for you.

It sounds like he loves you very much. Take your time. Savor those early days when so much is magical. The age is not a big deal if the age difference is not to much.
