Not Hard, Need to list things that happened and any police reports if there are any, go to court house in your city and you will usually get a temp restraining order first. because the other party has to be notified. It's been awhile since I got one but should be about the same. there is a charge but if you don't have the money I thing they waive it. good luck

there is a court fee, but that can be waived, otherwise it was really fairly easy, I had one filed in Orange County. Just go to your local court house and ask questions, most people there are happy to help you out.

which is harder going to the courthouse or being abused and it may cost a few bucks but what is it worth
