You would draw out all the combinations of C-12, C-13, H-1, H2, Cl-35, and Cl-37

The first combination might be C-12 H-1 H-1 Cl-35 Cl-35.

I think that if there are five atoms and two possibilities for each, then the total number is 2^5 = 32
