My suggestion is to go on with your life and stop worrying about this guy. Obviously you are not going to get that job back, so nothing you do to this guy will advance you in any way.

Think of YOU and YOUR future --- not some jerk's.

Revenge sucks by the way --- it NEVER works out the way you think it will.

Most XP WGA failures are false negatives. Most likely, your company purchased a bulk license, but did not register the machines within 30 days of installation. As for the burned CD, that could go wither way, but it is suspicious. It is possible to copy legit install disks, and that's not illegal, if you have a license to the software.

Be careful. Don't make this into revenge. Old proverb; IF you take revenge route, first dig two graves.
I would say talk to him again peacefully. If not just find another job. You be the judge of whether or not to report him.

That's serious. Do it carefully. You better have evidence or something strong to support your accusation before you report it. Perhaps try the federel government. But be carfeul and get good evidence.
