I know he doesnt show in public that he does but i thought maybe he might after all his mother in law is british and his wife is half british, he must speak a small amount? Its not a question that its answer will change my life but im just wanting to know if anyone ever heard him speak in English?

His English is not bad, but it is typical Egyptian English. Probably taught by his half Welsh wife. The man is a dictator who doesn't want to leave his chair, but the positive point is that his son did study in UK and he speaks very good English, so the next Egyptian president will be speaking fluently ;)
