help with charging my ipod?

i put in on the charger and 5min it stop flashing how do i know its still chargen? when i play it it works for 30min help......

Ok the way you know it's still charging is this: at the top of the screen, you see the battery life? If it's nearly dead, it's red. Otherwise it's green (or yellow). When you're charging it, if it's not all the way charged than there will be a little lightning bolt. If it is all the way charged, there will be a little plug.

Also make sure, if you're using a laptop, that you don't shut the laptop because then it would go off and you can't charge your iPod when the computer is off :-]
