If he commited the crime then he should be sentenced to jail. He is entitled to a trial of his peers to determine whether or not he is guilty. I think it will be hard to inpannel a unbiased jury in this case however. There are more people here that believe he is guilty of murder and got away with it then there are that think he is innoncent. I think his murder trial is going to play heavily on this trial. It is not right nor is it fair but this is what he is up against. Don't get me wrong, I believe he did commit murder and got away with it but I also believe that the judical system has to be a constant thing. He was tried and aquitted of the crime therefore we can not continue to judge him in the judical system on this crime. We can only look at the current crime in which he has been charged. He has basically already admitted to the crime so he is facing an uphill battle from the start,. He freely admits that he went into the room to recover property that was stolen from him. The law is clear on this. Even if the property was stolen from him in the beginning he still committed a crime by breaking and entering into a hotel room, having a weapon while doing this, having a weapon in a gambling establishment and taking property that had not been in his possession. It will interesting to watch and see what the outcome is

If he's guilty he should pay the full penalty of the crime committed. Just like anyone else. Actually he should be in prison already, for carving those two people up years ago.

OJ is a loser. I used to believe in his innocence but his behaviour after the murder trial has made me change my mind. He's nothing but a common thug and should be locked up for good. What a LOW LIFE PEASANT!!!

He should be a prison ***** for the rest of his life. Never underestimate the power of karma. It missed him the first time around, but it's gonna catch up with him this time!

I believe he should pay for any crime that he commited if in fact he did commit any crime. We must remember that we cannot let personal feeling come into play with legal proceedings. His past shouldn't have anything to do with what happens to him. They are separate incidents.

Personally, I say let him burn.

Why did I know that was the question... he needs to go to a mental institution. There's something seriously wrong with that man.

He should go to jail/prison and die in there. Sad my taxes would feed him but you don't kill people and then act like your &*%$ doesn't stink because counsel & jury screwed up. He needs to go down.
