My free space on my c drive decreases everytime i remove items from my computer??? like pics, music , etc..?
why??????

When you delete something it then goes to the recycle bin. You must then delete it from the recycle bin but deleting only eraces the exe. file but the rest is still on the hard drive. Other than reformatting the hard drive there is NO WAY to ever completely get rid of all the information. This is why the police and the government seize someone's computer if they think porn is on it. They have a program to restore that deleted material. If you ever sell a computer or send it in for repairs, ALWAYS remove the Hard Drive FIRST.

Have you emptied recyled bin ? It doesn't delete till you empty the recycle bin. Only "flags for deletion"
