I got a really old honda, and there is a really loud buzzing sound coming from either right above or right behind the glove box. it starts the second I turn the key, before the engine is even on, and it waivers witht he light signal, so I figure it is electrical. does anyone have any idea?

no its not the seat belt or anything else like that. I did take the time to look around and check to make sure everything was in order.
its a 92 honda.

the speakers and qhole sound system quit working three years ago, so I'm pretty sure its not that.

It comes from the front speakers. Could be a bad capacitor on the ignition. How old is this car? If is around the 70s it came with point ignition. About 79 and above, electronic. They use a Capacitor as a filter. The speakers picks up the electrical noise on the wires. Other could be worn out or cheap plug wires with a weak shielding.

If it is audiable it is a problem with your car.if it were not audible by the human ear it is probably the weapon used in n.c.It would make you feel bad and crap.it hurts.it drains.You will feel the un-natural energy.It is torture.
