"Dialectical Behavior Therapy"...I'm going to see a therapist for a phobia and my therapist refered me to another therapist who works with him and she specializes in dialectical behavior theraphy but i dont understand what it means...could you explain it to me plz?

I believe this is a 2 tier type of therapy. one on one and group. Dialectical behavior therapy is a starting point and sometime a finish line.
