My daughter got bit by a spider and had a huge whitehead looking sore about the size of a nickle on the top of her head that about a tablespoon of puss in it that I had to squeeze out and dab with a hot washcloth until it was all cleaned out. (I took her to the emergency room after that.)

unfortunately it was some saliva and someone mucus from the nose while i was getting a tissue from a tissue booth. Gross!!
