To the MOONBATS that think I can't read the link I supplied:

I posted it for several reasons.
1. Waste of tax payers money to prove a point.
2. Good point to prove but waste of money.
3. Leave it to a zany wing-bat liberal democrat to try re-writing law by suing _____.
4. Religion has nothing to do with it.

All this moron has done is proven he (the state senator) is incapable of LEADING people to CHANGE but can sure blow their hard earned money fast and easy on a STUPID lawsuit.

Angered by another lawsuit he considers frivolous, Chambers says he’s trying to make the point that anybody can file a lawsuit against anybody.

He is trying to make a point and a valid one at that. There seems to be way too many frivolous law suits these days. While it may seem ridiculous he is right in the point that he is making.

Count the people who lash out and didn't even read the story. It shows the pure hate for the sake of hate. The right seems to have that down pat.

LOL... "The Omaha senator... also says God has caused “fearsome floods ... horrendous hurricanes, terrifying tornadoes.” Yeah, those floods and hurricanes have always been a big problem for Nebraska, good thing he's finally doing something about it.

Seriously though, I also see the absurdity of a judge who prohibits use of the words such as “rape” and “victim” in a sexual assault trial.

Yep won't you like to be there come judgement day?

This guy believes we should have all the law suits possible in this country.

I happen to think there are too many law suits and this is another fine example.

At first I thought this Q was some kind of play on words. . . . that is until I read the linked story . Holy. . .. !!

This is a clear attempt to dismiss God from society . Ahhh God was right >> " The folly of man " .

This guy is NUTS!!! First of all, he's nuts for thinking that Tory Bowen's lawsuit is frivolous (she's not the old lady who spilled hot coffee on herself and sued McDonald's), but he's nuts if he thinks he's actually making a point with this lawsuit!

I think his suit is retarded but he makes a good point. We need to reform tort law. It's one reason medical costs are so high.
