I stole the idea of the egg mcmuffin and make it at home. The key is to go out and buy an egg ring. With one egg, english muffin, a little cheese, and slice of ham you have a great homemade breakfast. Make sure you heat the frypan well, but not too hot, and spray no-stick on the eg ring.

Jack and the Box has breakfast jacks for a dollar get two of them and french toast sticks and you are good to go.

I would say either the Egg McMuffin meal at McDonald's, or the Croissanwich meal at Burger King, would be the best choice.

depends on if you are on a diet or watching caloric intake
The jack in the Box breakfast jack is not bad and has only like 250 calories :-)
