Yes it is sad. I always thought her goodie goodie front was an act. I can only imagine what she is like behind closed doors.

Why should she of all people be censored? She's been in the business for over 40 years and people have a problem with something she said one time during her long career? Good on her! I've always admired her for being real and honest. I respect her even more after she said what she did. She's also the only one in Hollywood at her age that hasn't had plastic surgery. She's a rolemodel for all women. People are offended because she said "god damn"? When there's worse things said on tv during the daytime? Give me a break! And Sally Field being who she is and entertaining us for as long as she has, should have the right to say whatever she wants. I'd let her talk away from 5 minutes about her vagina if she wanted to, just out of respect. Give the woman a break.

Sally Fields has always been a bit loopy. Excuse me,I forgot that she was really rich, I meant to say that Sally Fields has always been eccentric.
