I have no way of knowing without seeing the evidence they have against him, but it doesn't look good for him thus far. As far as last time, while I believe he was guilty, had I been on that jury I would have voted to acquit. The police department and prosecution messed the case up so badly that I don't see how any jury could have found him guilty beyond any reasonable doubt.

I'm sure OJ is guilty of SOME crime and will be convicted but it remains to be seen what crime it will be. It could end up as a misdemeanor. What worries me is what he has the potential to do. He is obviously a sick man and the older he gets the more desperate he will be since he's getting fat and he won't appeal much even to people who think he was innocent of murder. I think he's a sociopath, and one thing he should be required to do is get mental health counseling--although most people--when they do it involuntarily don't get much help. The rest of his life is going to be really miserable. I sure hope he doesn't end up on a rampage some day.

I don't know if the courts will find him guilty this time, but I do know he makes stupid choices. He should have dropped out of the lime light and settled down somewhere quiet and just enjoyed the simple life. I don't want to miss good programs due to another aired court featuring O.J. and his super lawyers. I think he feels he is above the law. Maybe some jail time will settle him down and make him realize he can't simply buy his way out of situations.

His criminal record is not that bad. My concern that this will impact the verdict/sentence.

The good news is that the evidence is mounting. Looks like the police are doing their homework this time and the venue for trial is a lot different the LA venue he had last time.

The memorabilia in question consists of items his family took form his house after the civil verdict awarded it to the Goldman's. Maybe they will end up with this.

Also, he ws holding people in the room against their will. Legally this is kidnapping. He may yet be charged with this.

Also, one of his "buddies" just admitted opening foreign accounts for him to hide his money. Maybe this will be taken away from him.

I think he has really done it to himself this time.

It is indeed sad and pitiful that this man has stooped so low already. I believe in the phrase "Everyone is innocent until proven guilty", however, this case seemed to be a slam dunk against him.
I'm not gonna judge him but I know that one day he will pay for this if he did it, in this life or the next!
Bottom line: I believe he is as guilty as sin but that is just my opinion and not a proven fact.

After what the LA police dept went thru in the 90's with OJ, don't you think the Las Vegas Police have all their "t's" crossed and "i's" dotted on this one?

I wonder if part of the memorabilia is the knife that vicious savage primate used to murder Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman. He should received the same sentence God levied on Johnny Cochran for his part in this travesty

Really, scum? that's harsh. if you were on trial for murder and didn't do it and was found innocent, would like it if every said you did it anyway, and you lost your job, life, ect... Our system isn't perfect but we have to accept the results. He is innocent until proven guilty just like me and you.

Better believe it. The man never learned from his first episode with the law.
