It could be a number of things.
Maybe the relay for the motor, loose fuse, loose wire, bad ground, bad motor, bad switch, bad wires, bad connector....

Or wait until the window gets warm enough. Run the Rear Defroster. It could be the blades are stuck due to ice.

If the wiper got frozen and stuck to the screen then it will not be under warentee.

It sounds like the blade got stuck halfway through its stroke. If jamed in this position it would burn out the wiper motor.

Sorry this is not what you wanted to hear.

It sounds like the motor for the wipers is broken.I would take it back to the guy that fixed it last time tell him he missed it and have him fix it for free. Now if he already replaced the motor have him fix it again it should have a warrenty and it wont cost him anything to replace it

Remove the wiper arm from the drive spline. It is a cheap fix,
but the only drawback is that you won't have a rear wiper anymore.

your suited guess is to alter the wiper motor....i've got been engaged on vehicles for 15 years now and the main situation-loose factor with wiper blades no longer working is the motor burning out from the extreme tension from packed snow on appropriate of the blades...people insist on making use of the wiper blades fairly of cleansing off the windshield first and it burns out the motor.

If it has been less than a year then it should still be under warrantee
