I do, I thought I was the only one that did that. I also throw the left overs that my dog's don't eat outside for them as well. Yesterday I threw out some refried beans and in about 10 minutes the birds ate all of it. : )

I don't but only because we have laws in Alaska that make it hard. We are not permitted to have bird feeders because when winter comes, bears come into the residential areas looking for food and get into the bird feeders. We are also not allowed to feed the ducks and geese because Fish and Game say that if they are fed they will not leave in time when winter comes. If they do not fly south in time, they will die.

Some people feed the ravens and magpies, which is probably allowed, but I usually don't.

No, but I have fed it to the ducks & geese at the park! Actually I've gone out and bought bread to feed to them. lol They are so cute and some of them will come right up and take it from your hand! =D

my kids and I use to take the bread (stale or not) down to our park an feed the ducks. we used to love it! now they have put up a fence and a sign,'do not feed ducks'. we were so disappointed:(

Yes, almost every day, my daughter and I walk down the the lake and feed the ducks.

Most of the time I do, but I'm not sure if it's always a good thing because there are a lot of cats in my neighborhood.
