Generally, it's considered
inappropriate. But this would all depend upon the type of rapport
you share with that individual.
Bottom line: this is a judgment
call based upon your own
personal evaluation of the situation and knowledge of the
co-worker's persona. Peace.

Additional details:

Should you decide to disclose
your dream to them, try to be tactful about it.
First tell them that you've had an
explicit sexual dream about them. Observe their reaction.
If they don't react, ask them if you should go into the details.
If they ask you for the details then proceed. If they seem at all
offended then do not proceed.
Quickly apologize and change the subject.
Sexual Harassment is taken extremely seriously nowadays.

Ha! That's funny, because a new guy started working with me a while ago and one day he walked into the room and I was suddenly very very embarrassed to see him and didn't even want to look at him. All that I could think of was that I had a sexual dream about him, but didn't remember that until I saw him. I don't know what the dream was, but it must of been a doozy if I couldn't even look at him!
And no, I didn't tell him that I had a sexy dream about him that I couldn't remember.

Buy, buy, buy.... hey, you're in sales, nobody's going to send YOU the bill!?!? When the ex-girlfriend of my roommate gave out our home number as a Pizza Delivery we took orders by the dozen... Or answer them in a fake Polish accent saying you're new on the job and when exactly they want you to come by to clean the office. Or ask them if you could first spend a few minutes in silent common prayer and then talk about God since your denomination demands that you be sure about the religious purity of each man-made product. Wait a minute during which you can answer some questions on yahoo. Then tell them to go to Hell. ;) Anna

Not unless you have a personal relationship outside the office. If a co-worker that I didn't know outside the office came up to me and said something like that, he would get knocked out in a heartbeat!

A co-worker once told me about a very rude dream that he had with me in it. We were both drunk at the time though.

Only if you want it repeated to Human Rescources. If you must tell the person, give them the sanitized version of the dream; omit the filthy parts.

What do you think? Sounds like border line sexual harrassment to me. If you're close with him, you could always make it into a non-gay joke lol

If I did, I would be SO fired!! I'm a teacher, and work daily with several beautiful, intelligent, hard-working women. But they're married just like me. So I just keep whatever lustful thoughts I may have to myself...

yes. you don't want that person to feel akward towards you. plus it just ruins the whole office place mood. she can also sue you for sexual harassment. she may even think that you are coming on to her or trying to by saying that.
