Life is good, there might be many problems but they should never surpass the power of our will, positivism and gratitude.
problems come and go, at the end we still have the breeze, sunlight, music, food, and everything that makes this world so wonderful.
Cheer up and change you habits, change the negative thinking to positive ideas and little by little you will see a way out of it.

Two things help me. If I'm just having a crap day I'll listen to "Paint it Black" Rolling Stones at maximum volume, don't know why, it just releases my aggression. For overall depression laying in the sun and swimming REALLY helps. The exercise releases serotonin in your brain (not exactly sure what that is but it's supposed to help with depression and it does indeed seem to work), sunshine gives you vitamin D, which helps depression.
