I don't know, mine are dead. I guess I'd just let him run.

I'm grandpa myself and running off is just to let everyone know that no one but me is in charge of me. If you want someone to push around get married but you'll be taking a chance on being the one pushed. Grandpa has been there and done that, he doesn't need guidance.

You should just love him and enjoy his company! I'd give most anything to spend just another hour with MY grandpa... think about that for a while.. and enjoy his just being there... and listen to this stories... or betteryet videotape him.. he knows lots more than you give him credit for! Too many times, the family history and wonderful stories of the past pass away with loved ones... never to be heard again...

Would like to see you in Bondage / Chained ! J/K

Now, You have an excuse for not running behind an old man driving him to nuts!

The next option is shut the door after he bolted out so that he wouldn't re-enter!

Other opTions, in person, on payment of Consultation fee in cash or kind! J/K

Leave the words, Take The Spirit!

I chain him to the floor and make him watch Sponge Bob (Dont take this question so seriously and certainly dont take some of the answers seriously either. Both of my Gpa's passed before I was even born. I'd love to spend a day chasing after them!)

I see your predicament - but you're lucky to have a grandpa who can still run off. All my grandparents have passed on.

Put the ON-Star GPS Locator beacon in his false teeth.

Every time he tries to nuzzle the old ladies ...I'll say (through the speaker) Run!!!! While you have the chance!!!!!

maybe he is restless, wants his freedom like anyone else.If you've a dog he can walk,or somewhere fun he likes to go hang out,or would like to try, take him.
If he gets lost easily, use a tracker?
