The best thing to do would be to wait until you start the next package to change the time. But if it allows you a 12 hour window then it shouldn't be a problem. Just don't change times from day to day. If you change to evening then don't keep switching back and forth from am to pm.

Most birth control lets you move it, you just move it by an hour or 2 a day, no more, until you reach the time you want.

----------------------snip----------------------------------------
With Mercilon, if you have missed ONE pill, you will still be protected against pregnancy and you don't need to use extra contraception. Take the last pill you missed as soon as you remember, then continue taking your pills, one every day, as normal.

If you forget to take TWO or more pills, you won't be protected against pregnancy. You should take the last pill you missed as soon as you remember, forget the other missed ones and then continue to take your pills, one every day, as normal. You should then either not have sex, or use an extra barrier method of contraception, eg condoms, until you have taken a pill correctly for next seven days in a row.
-------------------------------------------------------------------

if you can miss one then take 2 at once when you remember, you can move your time easily, just wait til 6 (like you forgot your 11am) and start taking at 6pm every day.

But yes, ask your gyn would be best.

not familliar with your pill, but ive used 3 types in the past and with each, if you change the time taken spotting def. occurs, and can last until the whole next pack at its worst scenario :( Ive noticed sometimes that if you take it earlier rather than late, spotting can be avoided.
If i were you, Id just wait until period comes and the next pack starts to change the time of day so drastically. spotting is the absolute WORST! good luck.
