Im 13 and all my friends have started their periods. I havent. Is this right?

Some people dont start until like 18!
Like looks and stuff evry1 is different, and i actually think you should be happy you havent =]
Im 12 and they hurt and are annoying!
Theres only been like a few women who havent ever had theres and couldnt become pregnant.

I think it's weird that you all know who's had a period or not. I never told friends and they never told me.
13 is still very young. There are a lot of girls who don't start until they're 16, 17 or even as old as 19.
You will start, don't worry.

You still have time for your period to start up, hon. The period begins anywhere between the age of 9 years old to 16 years old. If it hasn't started by the time you turn 16 then it would be a good time to see your doctor about it.

There's nothing wrong with you - people develop at different rates. I know girls who have got it as early as 9 and as late as 16. Don't sweat it you'll have a good 35-40 years after you get it to continue getting it. Sometimes genetics can play a role in when you get it. If it's bothering you alot, you should talk to your mom or family doctor. Try not to worry too much and don't compare yourself to others. Take care :o)

I haven't started mine regularly either. I am 13 too and I have vaginal discharges, and I have started my period about 3 years ago. I have been spotting in the 3 years only about 3 or 4 times, but I haven't seen it for 1 year, I am worried too.

Every girl are difference time. I understand, you hadn't start your period. It's will come. It could be few months or year. You can't expecting, when will come? But don't worry too much till time to come. Enjoy your life and have fun.

Don't worry about it, I think it's good you haven't got it yet, cause once you have it, it is so annoying! Especially if you get it in class and don't realise 😂

i was 14, close to 15!
everyones different. you're the complete opposite from my little sister who is also 13 adament shes not going to get it for a few years!!
dont worry. just wait it out. and you'll hate me for saying this but i promise you 100% as soon as you get it.. you'll wish it would go the hell away again!!

Haha im 14 nearly 15 and i still haven't started mine don't worry! I'm sure its not something to look foward to! =] it all depends on your weight... it should start when you weigh around 45kg so that is 6 more kg for me! =P

You may just be a late bloomer. But ask your mom to take you to the doctor, and make sure you ask about PCOS> Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Also do some research on it on the internet.
