Go to the website of the company that made your webcam and see if you can download the necessary drivers. You can try just plugging it in - some cams will work without additional drivers - but most need the correct driver to work.

Yes you can, go to the camera's company website search the model driver downloaded and install
you can also search on google or any search engine with the make and model of the camera and the word "Driver"

But if you are missing the CD, go to the manufacturer's web site and they will have it available as a free download.
