The date is on the eviction notice. I have lived (and worked) places that used 3 day, 10 day and 30 day evictions depending on why they were evicting the people.

according to KRS328.200, you have three days from return of the judgment (if against defendant) to vacate the premis on judgement of illegal detainer.
