what exactly do you want to do in other countries? Culture in America is very different. So much of the freedom you enjoy here, is missing in many countries. Women enjoy driving in the west and in some countries in far East. But in Saudi Arabia, women can not drive. In Iran, women have to take permission letter from their husbands to drive.
Other cultures are very different. Just by being yourself, you can offend people in other countries.

Love us or hate us, everyone in the world knows what Americans are like. Just be yourself, don't be afraid to learn from others, and when in Rome do as the Romans do. Take your cues from your hosts or the people you meet over there.

You will be fine. It also pays to read up on a country and its customs and culture before going there. I've been all over the world and I keep getting invited back. I must be doing something right.

This is a broad question. If you can specify a certain topic and people from other countries and cultures will answer you on that subject.
