are they severly deficient as people?why are they so callous hearted and never just or righteous?do you feel sorry for them?

An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth makes the whole world blind and toothless. Hence let us still contribute our best to make this world a better place to live so that the hearts of the ruthless is melted and they too change their hearts for good. No one is ruthless by birth in real sense. Sometimes they become the victims of the circumstances. The society needs people like us to help them out directly or indirectly. So let contribute to the best we and and ignore those who are pretending to be ruthless.
