I would say 3 or 4 years older and probably 8 or 9 years younger. I once went out with a woman who was 10 years younger but also quite mature for her age and the difference was a bit too great.
Although I think it doesn't really make that much difference if your personalities mesh well...

I would date someone up to 10 years older...or 5 years younger but later on in life cause now I'm 19 so I wouldn't want to date a 14 year old haha

1 year younger, because well men are very immature anyways let alone younger than 23 will act 14. No more than 3 years older. I honestly wouldn't date any one else if my husband died. I have a 3year old girl and a boy that is 1 1/2, you cant trust people these days and if some perv I thought did something to my kids I would never forgive myself.
