Will it shake the whole house? I don't want anything to break, but kinda feel stupid asking this question.

I doubt it. Depends what they are going to do. They'll be working outside I presume. If in doubt, ask them when they arrive.

As they load the roofing material to the roof it will shake the house some. I yelled at them to take it easy and it got better. They don't need to throw the stuff around..or just drop it. Only the non pros do that.

If you are concerned, then by all means put away fragile items. Better safe than sorry.

However, you shouldn't really need to. It will be very noisy, but it shouldn't really shake your house.

take anything down you don`t want broken and yes it`ll shake the whole house

No you should be fine. If stuff starts falling off your walls
it's time to hire differant roofers.
