I love your name choices! They are all so sweet!
I like Sean Elias best of your boy names but I like the name Max. Sean Elias sounds soo cute and is a name that would grow with the child.
My favorite girl name is Lily Caroline. That is the sweetest name ever! Jade is also beautiful... but there's a nice wring to Lily Caroline.. Good luck and congrats!

Elias is pronounced E-lie-us..
and I like that pronunciations better with the name Sean...

Jade Alexandra is tricky to say, it doesn't sound smooth enough. Lily Caroline is nice. Sean Elias isn't smooth enough. Maximum Dean is great because it sounds original.

Don't like Maximus at all since the muscle called gluteus maximus are buttocks. I'd go for "just plain Max".
Lily Caroline is pretty.

I like the name Lily, but not so much Caroline.
