Ok, you're the DA, both OJ Simpson vs. State, and Michael J. Jackson vs. State have been re-opened you can only take one case, which are you taking, who are you putting away?

for those of you who answered MJ, you'd lose the case, because he didn't do it. :-) I'd definitely take the OJ case, he deserves to be put in jail

There was more evidence to point at OJ's guilt than in the MJ case ansd the accuser (the mother) in the MJ case had tried to get money out of celebs before she had a history of it.
So it has to be OJ but it looks likes he will get the maximum this time for the alleged crime to make up for the last miscarriage.

First of all, it should be State v OJ and State v MJ because the State is the one bringing criminal charges.
I would put MJ away. Not because OJ is a saint, but because OJ is so stupid, he'd get caught breaking the law yet again.

This one would be easy. I would choose OJ Simpson vs. State. Because I would want to make sure he got what is coming to him. He got away once for his crimes, he shouldnt be allowed to do it again.

I don't always agree, but I stand by the judgment of the court.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Michael is no chester.
But I think he does like to play with the boys in the shower.

They are both freaks but If I have to choose it would be OJ Heis a danger to the community more then that other freak .

I think that I would put OJ in jail because he pisses me off and is a waist of space. He did kill his girl and that man, such an *** and he wrote a book about it didn't he? And now he is robbing places, whats next.
