I know its against the law but is it considered a felony or a misdemeanor. What is the punishment for a first offense? What is the minimum punishment and the maximum punishment. Is it taken as seriously as purchasing illegal street drugs or is it more serious?

It is a felony and it is a very big one. Seriously, it is. It is close up there with murdering someone. I don't know why, it just is. The first offense can land you 20 years in prison. Even if you have a clean record to begin with.

Not worth the risk.

If you don't get caught nothing. If you are trying to be in Law Enforcement not a good Idea. It is a felony. If you tried to do it and got caught but didn't succeed its attempted purchases of a Controlled Substance. Depending on the class Schedule 1-5 (1 being the most controlled by the Government 5 being least, in some cases you can buy schedule 5 drugs over the counter) more sever the penalty as of most cases if its your first time the charge and penalty is usually less sever. If you are trying to be in law enforcement you will have to admit that in polygraph examination.

The punishment depends on the drugs and the amount of said drugs. Buying from an illegal source is exactly the same as buying any drug on the street. Even in the case of illegal drugs, it depends on what drug and how much of it one buys. For example, buying two prescription painkillers for personal use would most likely be classified as a misdemeanor, while buying 100 of them would push the offense up to a felony.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out this video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

It is illegal, but the severity of the violation would be determined by the category that the drug belongs in.
