Some legal loophole...like that he was held without bail or some stupid **** like that.

He is already claiming that it was a set up. So I suppose if they can prove that it was entrapment he will probably get away with this too. However if he is found guilty do you think that the sentence will be more harsh because of his past?

THE JUDGE THAT ORDERED HIM HELD WITHOUT BAIL, WAS ON FOX NEWS...THIS IS REALLY A NO NO.
