Please do not tell me obvious things like foreplay, positions, etc. Do you honestly think I haven't tried all of that? I've tried sober, drunk and in between. I've tried every day of the week, in good moods and bad... I've tried EVERYTHING that's obvious, and many things that aren't. I've tried toys, creams, etc... I'm in search of SERIOUS answers to help. This is really not funny, imagine if it were you!

i used to have this problem. however i can do it myself. not one man has ever been able to do it for me. they just didnt know how to push my buttons! :) u know.

u should experiment with yourself and see what way you like things done. this is the only way ul know. if u dont know how u want it done then u cant expect anyone else to be able to do it.

this is such a common problem for so many women over the world, and this results in a lot of us fakin it!

which is crap because it just means that the men get the real pleasure, while alot of us have to finish ourselves off!
lol

trust me, once u try it out and have patience with yourself when ur tryin it, ul be fine.
dont think because u arent able to climax by urself that there is somethin wrong, it just takes time to work out what does it for u.

Different positions. Get a book of positions or look them up on the internet. Certain positions cause him to hit different spots and may work wonders...I know I have never had an orgasm until I met my now boyfriend and he is very experimental in the position category.

Another thing that helped-he spends a lot of time on foreplay with me. He will tease for literally hours to where I am almost dragging him into the bedroom or home to have sex and I can't take it anymore. Then, it is like the second we start, I am going crazy and the neighbors probably don't like it very much, but I know I do. Foreplay gets the blood flowing down there and makes it easier to orgasm. Also-having sex while on your period. That has been recommended as well.

Good luck!

Serious answer to serious question.
You are not relaxing enough to 'let yourself go'.
Have you tried a couple of glasses of wine beforehand ?
i'm not trying to turn you into an alcoholic, it might just help you relax enough to really enjoy it all.

If that's no good then I would seek professional advice.
This is NOT a laughing matter for trained medical experts. It is a 'dysfunction', and they treat it as such. So don't be embarassed or shy.

try a lot of fore play, let it go on and on with no penetration at all. Make him wait till your begging him to penetrate you. A friend tried this with his wife and she had her 1st after 5 yrs of marriage.
you could also try another women.
