You should always be responsible for your child's safety. The only exception to this is if you hire someone, like a babysitter or daycare worker, who checks out when you do all the background checks, etc. and you've done all the proper things and they still hurt your child, you can't be held responsible.

One should always be responsible for own child's safety when on holiday and at home. Children are vulnerable and it's easy for them to get injured if not taken care of!

You are responsible for placing your child in the proper environment whether or not the child is with you on vacation or staying with someone else while you are on vacation. As long as you have placed them in a place where they are comfortable, safe, and happy - you have done the best you can do.

YES, AND TEACH THE CHILD HOW TO BE SAFE, TOO.

TRAIN A CHILD IN THE WAY HE SHOULD GO AND WHEN HE IS OLD HE WILL NOT DEPART FROM IT.

TRAINING IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE THEY WILL BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU AREN'T THERE. THEY WILL KNOW NOT TO TOUCH A HOT STOVE...OR PLAY WITH FIRE.,ETC.
