He NEVER gets low battery, and I would like to see him frantically texting a message with that tiny keyboard while under fire from terrorists!

Probably a special extra heavy duty battery. The thing I always wonder is when does he sleep. The show depicts 24 hours of one day and in that time he is kidnapped, imprisoned, breaks out, flys around the country (or world) captures the bad guy, gets kidnapped again, escapes again, rescues his kidnapped daughter, defuses a bomb, and not once does he sleep. He even looks good after 24 hours of saving the world. Wish I knew his secret!

You know he has the multi-lasting "24" hour battery, so that is why it doesn't go dead. And, he just calls instead of texting - or slips the memory card in and sends it to Chloe - it goes much faster that way.

sometimes he will get a new phone 2 or three times in a season, but i like to think that he has a magic phone and it never runs out of power or it is charges every times Jack says " Dam it!"
