My friend - I have been working for the last 14 years and I never felt I have worked one day too because I love my job. I have turned my job as as a game which I enjoy most. I have learnt the trick of balancing the family, personal, and professional life through experience which is the most vital for you to learn. Plan, prioritise, implement and finish it . Bin the office bag in the office and learn to go with swinging hands home or to the pub or to the movie or where ever. Try to come out from the tie ups. Only when you practise these with dedication and will power you will be successful. Please do make a note of this too:
Beat Balance Blockers
Eliminate burnout
Manage out-of-control E-tools
Set boundaries
Dump balance myths (interruption of productivity, costly, wasted time)
Re frame hurry-worry and stress
Boost personal energy and optimism
Turn work into play
Redirect emotional defaults
Put life on the calendar
Activate the juice of direct experience
Good Luck

do not take anything personally. everything is business/official.
If we start working on this principle no matter what people talk or comment may not hurt us so much.
Do not expect everyone to listen to you or understand what you are saying. Even if it is genuine or not also if some one wants something to be repeated repeat it.
then spare some time for hobbies. have deal with spouse and family. You need a a time slot for yourself say half an hour . You can do whatever you want. Like listening to music,or go jogging or whatever. Do not give up your hobbies. Once defocus from your stressful work even for few minutes you will refresh your mind. we are recharged to start working.
Even at work place take few minutes/seconds off i.e shut your mind away from work when you feel stressed. never try take decisions when you are stressed.
Be assertive. When you have to have to say no say it so. Assertiveness is balanced behavior. If you feel you are going to lose the job or lose promotion by saying no. Then tell yourself I am doing this for getting some benefit. Give and take policy. So the stress level/emotional level is reduced. If you cannot handle then change the job.
At home as much as possible do not keep you beloved ones in the dark. They will start imagining many things. this applies to self also. If some situations trouble and stress you out try to handle your feelings and not your thoughts.
First and foremost Believe In yourself. Do not become a slave to bad habits. This will not solve problem.
take care of health and eat timely meals. Carry snacks always. because you can eat whenever you want. and many more.

woah man to reduce stress is some thing that many people want to do. For me i go about looking at life like a big game. When you wake up you start the game if you want to level up your strength go to do the gym and do yoga or work out and lift some weights. If you want to increase your wisdom level go and read a good classic like moby **** or listen to morzart. If you get in a argument with a friend hit "restart" and the next day act like nothing happen. and not only that but if you play any game to long you need to stop so go out of your way and fo out to a vacation if you think it will cost you to much. Look at this way you only live once and besides do your kids really need all that much money when you die. Head out to cancun for spring break no matter how old you are i hope to see you there later.-Z.williams

well i would say that you need to try to learn to take things a little better. now for the papers, yes i would of been upset there, but you say you get upset all the time, so you really need to learn to relax, and i do mean relax, like just sit back and enjoy a movie or a quit evening home with your husband, take in a movie, hopifully in English , and try not to see everything so neg. When you keep getting upset, that is stress, and stress just helps you to get sick a lot easier, and helps you to stress even more and more, you need to find a happy medium where you can get upset, but not to the point that your husband has to always have to unstress you, if he can even do that all of the time. You are very lucky that he is so easy going , otherwise you both might be stressed out so bad now that you really would be in a lot of trouble.

some point of stress always will be there in the life...otherwise we won't do any thing well..
it will help to complete the given task ... and for continued development in the official/personal life..
after office hours you do exercise, yoga or anything you know to keep your body and mind healthy/relaxed.
completely forget everything for some time ... detach from your office work at home...detach from home matters in the office...
your commitment towards work will help you to work without any stress.. others also will realise your sincerity and they may stop giving stressful situation
stress we cannot avoid in normal life... we have to manage the stress .. detach from stressful situations and once again start your work..
