I don't think I ever have, but what a great idea! Kind of like a symbol for getting rid of all the unnecessary weight that is holding you down, in order to prepare for the days that lie ahead!!

no, I have really long hair that I get trimmed and layered every 3 months and the last thing on my mind when its my birthday is getting my hair cut

Know but I get one every 16 wks. Just trim off the split ends.

I did this year, my sister paid for me to get the whole treatment at the salon for my Birthday!!
