I want to buy a pda cell phone that my carrier does not sell. Can I buy some kind of "Unlocked" cell phone and just move my sim card to get service?

You can BUT heres the kicker there is no guarentee that it will work even unlocked.
Your provider will not support the phone either if your having problems with it.

For example if you get a Cingular/ATT phone to use on Tmobile service you cant get on Tzone .... and vice versa the internet set ups are different. Yeppers you could say they planned it that way so you would be forced to use their phones.

Does that make any experience? Oh, and while text textile messaging you will have a "signature." that could be a observe or nickname or some thing of the form that your telephone straight away places on the top of each and every message which you deliver. that is probable his signature and replaced into beside the point to the text textile he replaced into sending.
