Does this mean i am at high risk of getting pregnant? Or does it make no difference?

Use extra protection for 7 days but you should be fine.

My pamphlet says to use another form of protection for a week.

What does the pamphlet that came with your pill pack say?

I think one pill is fine as long as you eventually took it as long as you do not forget to take anymore.
